Welcome to Regnum Dei! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Regnum Dei. Regnum Dei operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Regnum Dei is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The terms and conditions below, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country or place of residence, or that you otherwise have the legal capacity required to enter into a binding agreement.

To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online store or purchasing any of the products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment and shipping information.

You represent and warrant that all information you provide to us is correct, current and complete and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign or license your account to another person without our authorization.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to display our products and their colours, designs and characteristics as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on the device, display settings and configuration used to access our store.

Product photographs and mockups are intended to represent the product as accurately as reasonably possible, but minor differences may occur in the final printed garment.

Measurements may also be subject to the production tolerances stated on the relevant product page.

All product descriptions are subject to change when necessary to correct inaccuracies or reflect changes to the product. We reserve the right to discontinue products and to limit quantities where reasonably necessary.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory statutory rights or guarantees available to consumers under applicable law.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

Your order becomes binding once we confirm its acceptance. Payment must be successfully authorized or processed before an order can be accepted.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of payment failure, suspected fraud, obvious pricing or product information errors, product unavailability, or circumstances preventing us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, any amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because our products are printed to order, production may begin shortly after an order is accepted. However, this does not affect any cancellation, withdrawal, guarantee or other consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer protection legislation.

You represent that products purchased through the store are intended for personal or household use unless otherwise agreed with us.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed and will be confirmed during checkout and in your order confirmation.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, product prices displayed in our store include applicable taxes where required.

Standard tracked shipping is provided free of charge on every order, and no separate standard shipping fee is added at checkout.

Customs duties, import taxes, customs handling fees or similar charges imposed by authorities in the destination country are not included and may be payable by the customer where applicable.

Prices displayed in different markets or currencies may vary due to currency conversion, local taxes, market-specific pricing or other legitimate commercial factors.

We may occasionally offer promotions that are governed by additional terms and conditions. Where specific promotional terms conflict with these Terms solely in relation to that promotion, the specific promotional terms will apply.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made through our store.

You agree to promptly update relevant account and payment information where necessary so that we can complete transactions and contact you regarding your order.

You represent and warrant that:

the payment information you provide is true, correct and complete;
you are authorized to use the payment method selected;
charges incurred by you will be honoured by your payment provider; and
you will pay the final price shown at checkout together with any customs duties, import taxes or destination-country charges that may legally apply.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Every item is printed to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipment.

Estimated delivery times are provided in our Shipping & Delivery Policy and begin after production has been completed.

Delivery dates and times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will remain responsible for fulfilling our obligations under applicable consumer law.

Where you are acting as a consumer, the risk of loss or damage to the goods generally remains with us until you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including but not limited to trademarks, brand names, texts, graphics, photographs, images, illustrations, product designs, logos, videos, audio and the design, selection and arrangement thereof, are owned by or licensed to Regnum Dei and are protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property laws.

All original product designs sold through our Services are works created by or lawfully licensed to Regnum Dei.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, store, transmit, sell or commercially exploit material from the Services without our prior written authorization, except where permitted by law.

Regnum Dei's names, logos, product names, designs and slogans are trademarks or protected identifiers belonging to Regnum Dei or its licensors and may not be used without prior authorization.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You may be provided with access to tools offered by third parties as part of the Services.

Such tools may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of their respective providers.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Regnum Dei uses Shopify's ecommerce platform to provide the Services.

Purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Regnum Dei. Shopify provides the technology that enables our store but is not the seller of the products offered by Regnum Dei.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have directly against Shopify under applicable law or under services separately provided to you by Shopify.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information collected through the Services is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify also processes certain information necessary to provide and operate the ecommerce platform.

SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK

If you voluntarily submit ideas, suggestions, reviews, photographs, comments or other feedback to us ("Feedback"), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that Feedback for the operation and promotion of Regnum Dei, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit the Feedback and that it does not infringe the rights of another person.

You remain responsible for the content of Feedback you submit.

We may remove Feedback that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, obscene, infringing or otherwise contrary to these Terms.

SECTION 12 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally, information on the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability or estimated transit times.

We reserve the right to correct obvious errors or inaccuracies and update information when necessary.

If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you where appropriate and respect any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.

SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED USES

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes.

Termination does not affect rights, obligations or liabilities that accrued before termination.

Provisions which by their nature are intended to survive termination will continue to apply.

We aim to provide accurate information and products that conform to their descriptions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or limits any statutory guarantee, warranty, remedy or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded under consumer protection legislation applicable to you.

To the extent permitted by law, aspects of the Services that are not subject to mandatory consumer guarantees are provided on an "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.

Subject to the paragraph above and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Regnum Dei will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was entered into.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims suffered by us as a direct result of your unlawful use of the Services, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of the rights of another person.

This provision does not apply to losses caused by Regnum Dei or where its application would unfairly restrict mandatory consumer rights.

SECTION 18 - SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or, where necessary, severed from these Terms.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

SECTION 19 - WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Our failure to exercise or enforce a right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

These Terms, together with the policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services and your purchases from Regnum Dei, without limiting rights that arise under mandatory law.

SECTION 20 - ASSIGNMENT

You may not transfer your contractual rights or obligations to another person where doing so would materially affect our rights or obligations without our consent, except where applicable law permits such transfer.

We may transfer our rights or obligations where permitted by applicable law, provided that doing so does not reduce the rights granted to you under these Terms or applicable consumer law.

SECTION 21 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any contracts entered into through the Services are governed by the laws of Spain.

If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory consumer laws applicable in your country of habitual residence.

Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to bring proceedings exclusively before the courts of Madrid where mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules provide otherwise.
