Refund Policy
Our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we handle returns as follows.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong product (wrong size, color or design), contact us within 30 days of delivery through our Contact page, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund. In most cases you will not need to ship the item back to us.
Wrong size or change of mind
Because every item is custom-made on demand, we are unable to accept returns or offer free exchanges for a size chosen incorrectly or for a change of mind. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering, and contact us if you have any doubts before purchasing.
European Union — 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. Please note that, under EU law (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU), this right may not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized. As our products are made to order, please contact us before returning anything so we can confirm whether your case is eligible. If eligible, the item must be unused, unworn and in its original condition.
Non-returnable items
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Refunds
Once we have approved your claim (and inspected the item, where applicable), we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received it, please contact us.
